Inyo Vineyard text

In 1997, the Inyo vineyard was planted. The relatively unknown varieties of Siegerrebe and Madeleine Angevine proved to be a great choice for the vineyard’s unique terroir. These grapes are similar to their more popular cousin Gewurztraminer. They thrive in Northwest Washington’s cool temperature and short growing season.

The winery, like the vineyard, harnesses the land’s potential. Nestled into the hillside, the cool earth maintains ideal temperatures in the subterranean cellar; here, the wine sleeps soundly. In front of the cellar is the tasting room whose doors open wide upon an outdoor patio; here is where friends, neighbors and visitors drink and chat and soak in the tranquil surroundings.
